Why are you not getting hired as a Junior in Tech?

One of the most common questions I have heard during my various workshops of BreakIntoTech, mentoring sessions, and in my, DMs is getting the first job in tech. And I understand this is a sincere concern, and it doesn’t matter all the work you put into learning a tech skill; if you can’t be gainfully employed with it, then what’s the purpose?

In this session, I will be giving insight into what you might have been doing wrong and what you can do better to land your first job in tech. I will also be answering your question and also go deeper into how to take a different approach to applying for jobs and preparing for interviews.
